My work as a strategy and organizational development consultant is important because I deal with capacity building and business  development issues.  My work is to go to a country an investor wants to do business, in a discovery mission, to understand the factors that purport to influence the people in that country to become dishonest and morally bankrupt.  I take a multidisciplinary approach for a more intellectual understanding of how individuals in any country are being seen as a part of a larger context in a multicultural world especially how individuals contribute to make or destroy their society.  The expected outcome for a such a discovery mission is to ultimately create a strategic road map the investor to use to successfully conduct his or her business operations in a volatile environment.  

As a native of Africa, I am familiar with the perils of moral bankruptcy we commonly understand as corruption.  Corruption permeates every aspect of Africa's society. That explains why my role as a strategy/organizational development consultant is to deal with the chronic misrule, the high levels of poverty and crime, fluctuating currencies, corruption and multiple layers of obstructive bureaucracy which pose very serious problems for foreign investors in Africa.  I help to evaluate and manage the risks by providing confidence-building guidance and solutions on the range of investment concerns in Africa--from leadership, human resources, and knowledge management to the critically important areas of corruption and security management.
